Inventory

“Inventory” in Logistified is a topic, not a single section of the app. The features grouped here live across the app: Shopify’s quantity buckets — on hand, available, committed, reserved and incoming — can be added as columns on the Forecast page (the remaining three, damaged, safety stock and quality control, are mirrored and exportable but have no Forecast column); Locations, Stock takes & adjustments settings, and Data exclusion are in Settings; Incoming reconciliation is a tab inside Settings → Variant Settings; Stock takes, Stock adjustments, and Printing Studio have their own pages under Inventory Management in the top nav.

Shopify is the source of truth for every quantity. Logistified mirrors Shopify via webhook and only pushes one value back — the incoming quantity, driven by purchase-order and transfer-order state changes. Operator adjustments (PO receipt, TO shipment, stock take, stock adjustment) go to Shopify first via inventoryAdjustQuantities, then come back to Logistified through the same webhook. A periodic background check (roughly every 10 hours) catches anything the webhooks miss.

Inventory levels The eight Shopify quantity buckets Logistified mirrors — what each one means, where it comes from, and which show on the Forecast page.

Locations The Shopify location mirror plus app-side overrides for PDFs and labels (Settings → Locations).

Incoming reconciliation Catch drift between Logistified's expected incoming and Shopify's (Settings → Variant Settings).

Stock takes Count what you physically have and let Logistified reconcile it against the system.

Stock adjustments Add or remove stock by an amount, with an operator, a reason and a one-click revert.

Printing Studio Scan or pick items, set copies, and generate labels from your templates — no purchase order required.

Data exclusion Hide noise products from analytics — or remove them entirely (Settings → Data exclusion).
