Search, filters & saved views

The transfer order list has a search box, a set of filters, and named presets that save a filter set — including the search term — for everyone in the shop to reuse.

  • Searching the list
  • Adding and editing filters
  • Available filters
  • Saving a filter set as a preset
  • Setting a shop default
  • Renaming and deleting presets
  • Edge cases & current behavior

Type into the search box to match against the TO number or a line’s variant title. The list updates shortly after you stop typing; clearing the box (the × inside it) updates immediately. The search term is shareable — it’s reflected in the page’s URL, so a bookmarked or copied link reproduces the same search.

Click + Filter to open the filter picker: choose a field, then set its value. Each active filter appears as a chip below the toolbar — click a chip to edit it, or the × on the chip to remove it. Clear all removes every filter and the search term in one step.

  • Status — one or more of the 7 statuses (Draft, Sent, Partially Received, Received, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled). See The 7 statuses for what each means.
  • Destination — one or more destination locations, plus a pinned At supplier entry for TOs shipped to a supplier rather than a location. The At supplier entry is available on every plan, so you can still find those TOs even if your shop is no longer on Elevate.
  • Date — a date range on when the TO was created, with quick presets (e.g. last 7 days, this month) alongside custom from/to dates.

Once your filters or search term differ from whatever preset is currently active (or from All, the unfiltered default), a Save button appears next to the filter bar:

  • Save overwrites the currently active preset with your current filters and search term.
  • Save as… prompts for a name and creates a new preset, which becomes the active one.

A preset saves the whole query — every active filter and the search box’s contents. Selecting a preset later applies both; selecting All clears both.

Open the preset switcher and use the star action on a preset to make it the shop’s default. The starred preset’s filters and search term are applied automatically the next time anyone opens the transfer order list with a plain, unfiltered link — a link that already carries filters or a search term (a bookmark, a shared link) always takes priority over the default.

Only one preset per shop can be starred at a time; starring a different one clears the previous default.

Both actions are available from the preset switcher. Deleting the preset you currently have selected drops the switcher back to All, but leaves your current filters and search term exactly as they were — only the saved preset itself is gone.

  • A shared link can name a preset that’s since been deleted. The link still applies whatever filters and search term it carried; the switcher just falls back to showing All since the preset it pointed at no longer exists.
  • The transfer order list no longer supports the older, browser-only “Save Filters” default. Filter presets are now saved to the shop, not to your browser, so they’re the same for you on any device and for every other operator.
  • The remembered page size is separate and still per-device. How many rows you see per page keeps following your own browser; it isn’t part of a saved preset.
