Exports

Transfer orders export to CSV / XLSX. You can export a single TO from its detail page, or bulk export many TOs at once from the list. The column set comes from an export template you control. This page covers the bulk export flow, the two data levels, and where templates live.

Bulk export from the list

On the Transfer Orders list, tick the checkbox on any rows you want — or use the header checkbox to select the whole page — then click Export. The selection persists as you page through the list and apply filters, so you can build up a set across several pages. Clear selection resets it.

The dialog asks three things (the footer shows a fourth step, Export, for the run itself):

Scope — what to include:
- Selected — only the TOs you ticked.
- All on this page — every TO visible on the current page.
- All filtered — every TO matching your current filters, across all pages.
Data level — line-item or transfer-order-level (see below).
Format + template — CSV or XLSX, and which export template drives the columns. Leave it on Use default settings to use the shop default.

Bulk export produces one combined file for the whole selection.

Line-item vs transfer-order-level

Data level	One row per	Use when
Line item	TO line item	Another system needs SKU, planned quantity, unit cost, product / variant, or line-level metafield data. Header fields repeat on every line.
Transfer order level	transfer order	You want a summary — TO number, status, from / to location, item count, total value, and shipping — with one row per TO. No supplier or payment fields, because a transfer order moves stock between two of your own locations.

Each data level uses its own template type, so the template picker on the format step only shows templates built for that level.

Single-TO exports

From an individual transfer order you can also generate:

A PDF — the transfer document with header, line items, and shipment metadata. The same PDF can be attached to the destination-location notification email. On a TO shipped to a supplier, the To Location block adds a line — Deliver to: <holder>, holding these goods on our behalf.
A CSV / XLSX of that one TO’s line items.

Export templates

Templates are configured at Settings → Transfer Orders → Export. There are three sections:

PDF templates drive the single-TO transfer document (and the file attached to the destination-location notification email). They carry layout options, not a column list.
Line-item templates drive the line-item CSV / XLSX export (and the per-TO export).
Transfer-order-level templates drive the one-row-per-TO bulk export. They are global list templates with no per-supplier assignment — TOs have no supplier.

You can save many templates per shop and pick one at export time; sensible defaults ship for both levels.

The Available columns list on CSV / XLSX templates is searchable and grouped by source, with collapsible groups and a per-group Select all / Clear toggle. The line-item catalog also includes live variant data read from your Logistified data at export time — inventory at the source location, at the destination location, and summed across all your locations; planning constants for the destination; and ABC / revenue metrics — so a single row can answer “how much is available to send, and how much is already at the destination?” None of these are selected by default, and the transfer-order-level catalog doesn’t include them. Planning constants export blank when not configured — not 0.

Both catalogs also offer seven Destination columns (company name, two address lines, city, ZIP, country, phone). On an ordinary TO these carry the destination location’s address; on a TO shipped to a supplier (Elevate) they carry that supplier’s address instead, so the destination is never blank in an export just because the TO has no location.
