Where templates are used
Section titled “Where templates are used”- Supplier list → Export. Suppliers have their own template tab at Settings → Suppliers → Export templates: supplier-level templates for one-row-per-supplier CSV / XLSX exports and supplier-item templates for one-row-per-item CSV / XLSX exports. No PDF and no per-supplier assignment.
- PO list → Export. Purchase orders have their own template sections at Settings → Purchase Orders → Export: line-item templates for CSV / XLSX / PDF and PO-level templates for one-row-per-PO CSV / XLSX exports.
- Transfer order list → Export. Line-item and transfer-order-level CSV / XLSX templates, picked at export time.
- Stock take list → Export. Stock takes have their own template tab at Settings → Stock Takes & Adjustments → Export templates, covering stock-take-level, confirmation/movement, and counting-sheet CSV / XLSX exports.
- Return order detail → Export (there is no bulk export from the return-order list). Line-item CSV / XLSX templates plus PDF templates, at Settings → Return Orders → Export. Return orders have no one-row-per-RMA template type.
The Forecast page’s Export view is not template-driven — it exports the columns configured on the view itself.
Defaults
Section titled “Defaults”Sensible defaults ship per export surface. Override with custom templates if you need a specific column layout for a downstream system.
Finding a column
Section titled “Finding a column”On CSV / XLSX templates, the Available columns list is searchable and grouped by source — the exact groups depend on the document type, since each catalog carries its own document fields alongside shared product, variant, and live-data groups. Each group collapses to a header that shows how many of its columns are selected, with a Select all / Clear button that toggles the whole group at once. The search also matches column descriptions, not just names.
Line-item catalogs additionally include live variant columns — current inventory, planning constants, and ABC / revenue metrics — read from your Logistified data at export time. None of them are selected by default, and the one-row-per-order templates don’t carry them. See Purchase Orders → Exports for the full breakdown, including how blank and zero values differ.
PDF templates don’t have this picker — the PDF body table has its own standard line-item columns, adjusted through the template’s PDF layout options instead.
