Reports
Scheduled reports are recurring emails — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly summaries of what’s happening in your shop, sent automatically to people on your team. Three types are available: View ReportView reportA scheduled email built from a saved Forecast view — an aggregated dashboard with Coverage Summary, Reorder Recommendations, ABC Distribution, and Supplier Breakdown sections. You’ll find them at Notifications → Scheduled reports. They used to have their own sidebar entry; that entry is gone, and old links forward to the new location automatically.
Scheduled reports are not stock notifications. Reports run on a schedule; notifications fire on a threshold (e.g., stock-out). Both go via email, but the trigger model is different.
Beyond the schedule, you can Send now to email a report immediately, and every report keeps a History of its runs with the delivery state of each one.

- RecipientRecipientA person who gets a notification or a report by email. Can be filtered to only receive items matching a specific saved view. Read more → — someone on your team who gets the email. Recipients live in Settings → Recipients and are shared with stock notifications.
