Recipients
Settings → Recipients is the single address book behind every email Logistified sends about stock — “People who receive your stock alerts and scheduled reports.” One list, shared by stock notification rules and scheduled reports.

The list
Section titled “The list”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | First and last name, falling back to the email address if the name is blank. |
| The address emails go to. | |
| Used by | What this person is currently subscribed to, e.g. 2 rules · 1 report, or Not used. Hover it for the actual rule and report names. |
| Added | When they were added to the list. |
The search box filters the list, and each row’s Actions menu offers Copy email, Edit recipient, and Delete recipient. Tick several rows to delete them together.
Adding a recipient
Section titled “Adding a recipient”Click Add recipient and fill in First name, Last name, and Email. All three are required, and each email address can only appear once.
Adding someone here doesn’t subscribe them to anything — it just makes them available to pick.
Editing a recipient
Section titled “Editing a recipient”Recipients can now be edited rather than deleted and re-created. Use Edit recipient in the row menu to fix a typo, correct a surname after a change, or move someone to a new address. Every rule and report they’re on picks up the change immediately — nobody’s subscriptions are lost.
Deleting a recipient
Section titled “Deleting a recipient”Deleting removes the person from the shared list and from everything they were subscribed to. The confirmation spells it out before you commit — for example, “This recipient will be removed from 2 rule(s) and 1 report(s).” — so you know exactly what will stop being sent.
There’s no “pause” or “deactivate” state. To stop a specific email without losing the record, untick the person on that rule or report instead.
Subscribing people
Section titled “Subscribing people”Subscription happens on the individual rule or report, not here:
- A rule — Notifications → Stock notifications → open a rule → Recipients tab.
- A report — Notifications → Scheduled reports → open a report → Recipients tab.
Both tabs also have an inline Add recipient button, so you can create someone new and subscribe them in one step without leaving what you were doing. The Manage recipients icon next to it brings you back to this page.
